The Palm House.
It was a lovely day on Easter Monday and Muffin Ceramics spent it at the artisans in the palm house at Sefton Park near Liverpool- and it was hot! Mind you the clue is in the title! Had a lovely day meeting lots of new people and we are now selling our outdoor hanging hearts and birds ready to decorate all your outdoor(or indoor) spaces.
Mother’s Day.
With thoughts of sunnier times, and a bouquet of flowers to work from. I have been making rose and lace inspired bowls. The large one is now in Emerge in Manchester. I shall be taking a few of the small trinket bowls with me this weekend to Alderley Edge and Altrincham ( for further details see the Events page). I think that they would make lovely Mothers Day presents.
Taking Stock.
Maybe This should really read making stock. Whilst the weather outside has been blowing a gale I have been busy holed up in my studio making stock for the first of the Spring season of craft fairs . I will be attending the Handmade Fair at Stalybridge on the 1st March.
I have been making more lace and button lanterns, I am also thinking of making some of the seaside versions for summer too.
A Different Fair on Saturday
The Didsbury Christmas fair.
Just to let you all know Muffin Ceramics will not be in Hale on Saturday 23rd November as unfortunately the proposed venue has been double booked! So instead we are going to the Dignity Christmas Fair in Didsbury, who raise money for good causes. Further details on the events page, hope to see you all there.
